KaPow is proud to exclusively offer coffee from Coda Coffee Co located in Denver. Finding the right coffee was one of the most important items on our “to do” list. We wanted to work with a Colorado company and after visiting their offices and roasting facilities, and tasting their coffee, we knew we found the roaster we wanted for our new business venture.
Not only is Coda a Colorado company, but they are a certified B corporation. That means they have met rigorous standards of social and environmental performance, accountability, and transparency. They work directly with the farmers and communities where they get their coffee, and they work hard to help them better their communities. Over a third of the coffee beans they import are certified organic and most typically exceed fair trade standards. They use a recycled heat roaster from Brazil.
Their coffee beans simply make great tasting coffee too! They were named the 2014 Macro Roaster of the Year by Roast Magazine.
